Hotel Room Alerts, LLC. (“Hotel Alerts”) is very serious and especially careful about your personal privacy and the materials we send you using your contact information. We understand our users are waiting for important alerts from us regarding hotel availability hence we strive to limit our communications to matters regarding that.

What data is being collected?

We collect the following data (“Personal Information”):

  • The hotels and dates you are interested in
  • Email
  • Phone number (for text message alerts) (optional)
  • Your Android or iOS push notification token for sending phone push alerts (optional – app only)

What happens in the event of a change of ownership?

If Hotel Alerts is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy if you have not unsubscribed to our communications.

Who is collecting the data?

We only take in the minimum data we need in order to send you your alerts. We don’t give or sell data to any third parties. Your data may be transferred to a new owner in case of a change of ownership of Hotel Alerts itself (see above).

How will the data be used?

We use the data to find you availability in the hotels and dates you selected. Your email, phone number and iOS/Android push notification token are used to tell you when the hotel becomes available, to send you comparable offers that you might be interested in, or to send you general news or information about Hotel Alerts. You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time, although it’s unlikely that you’ll need to because we don’t really send any marketing emails.

How long will the data be stored for?

We keep your order(s) on file indefinitely. You can send us an email anytime at to irreversibly erase all of your order(s) info. You will receive confirmation from us to proceed with the process.
